2024-10-03 Jack 0 Jack and boomer work on gear box and setting shaft. after setting taking gear box off and torch cutting holes for gear box and resetting gear box. then resetting shaft and spider gear. jack had to drill and tap shaft for keeper pin. set everything in place on wash pot and locked down set paddles and have clearance on bottom. jack has all tools loaded for the weekend. 2024-10-07 Boomer 828.0 Ran 1 strand of wire 35' long for wash pot electrical box. turned heat on so we could run some 210s we ran 3 rounds of the 210s and 18/ 24s 12' today. plastic was dry and ran normal. we pulled the 210s to cool down and last round zones 3,4 and 5 were raised from 410 to 420. after running a full head plate of 4 24s before filling the 210s ran better and faster. 5 lbs of blow was made today View Edit Publish to MQTT
2024-10-08 Boomer 240 Boomer called Industrial steel at 7am and got the info on the 210 tubes and posted it in element. turn heat on so we could run 210s. wire showed up between 10:30 and 11am Ralph and Boomer started line out cutting runs of wire and labeling them and mounted sky box 2. 2024-10-09 Boomer 876.0 ran hopper empty and set station 3 to 20% the filled hopper and ran a few test 24s12. then ran hopper empty again checked magnet. and slide shut off. which was shut half way. then set station 3 to 0% and station 4 to .12% and ran a few board fill pressure dropped amps wold drop to 110 and come back up to 145- 150. when running with 0% fractional we had lots of vapors. 2024-10-10 Boomer 0 Ran all wire and conduit to Sky Box 2 for wash pot and Ralph started putting bus bars and breakers in main box. relocated hot air blower and con-air plastic dryer to box staging area. boomer made a runs to Plat for a fuse the to ISSCO for a Hydralic hose, latter to fars for nuts bolts and paint. Gas and wire showed up during lunch. shipped filedturf USA around 12:30pm. jack worked on wash pot project and moved the heater and plastic dryer with Ralph jack was also able to get vacuum loader mounted on top of con air dryer . 2024-10-15 Boomer 552.0 set up bucket at conair hot air dryer and emptied hopper into 2x4s then filler up conair and started drying plastic. jack and boomer set sprockets and chains for both motors. they are now complete. jack had to order belt for top motor, it will be here in the morning around 07:30-08:00am. jack and boomer clean metal work area from other projects moved tank back into potion, elong gated holes for motor mount for wash pot filter scraper . 2024-10-18 Boomer 2607.0 had to turn on heat zones when we first got here this morning also turned on plastic dryer. while waiting for zones to come up Ralf and Boomer started washing plastic we needed for the day and for monday start up. we also added 2 head plates of 2x6-12' to the round making it 12 head plates in the round. 3.75 rounds completed. 3,526 lbs of w/b washed amps stayed between 140 and 155. shinni and gravametric were the only minor issues today they had trouble wanting to keep up. 1 batch of blow View Edit Publish to MQTT
2024-10-21 Boomer 1013.0 Jack: Fierd up wash line, ran for a hour, than did a grinder inspection after taking a look at grinder Jack and Ralph removed garbage out screw and Jack inspected it.Then Jack started draining the separator tank and left a little for the morning. Lumber Line: Ran a series of test with 0% blow today. 2024-10-23 Boomer 1296 continued testing Ralph took a bundle of 24s out to day. jack ran wash line most the day tell lunch he had to run an earned with ingo. during that time the soaker in wash line got a restriction notified and then ralph and boomer restriction. and all is well. approxx 6,500lbs was washed to day. 2024-10-28 Boomer 3171.0 3 head plates into the 4th round before we ran the conair out of plastic then, started filling it with the 800lbs that jack had on scale for start up. Jack removed old motor form gear box, had torch off old motor mount then made motor mounts. found tapper lock and pully new motor for wash pot gear box. motor got wired and ran for a bit. then drained and filter then filled back to level. and pressure washed hyster. actual blend is 97.5 injection and 2.5 extrusion 4 batches of color made 1 batch of blow made View Edit Publish to MQTT

2024-10-30 Boomer 2154.4 Jack: ran wash line first part of the day approx 2,500lbs, then grinder started making noise again. got new pulley for gear box motor and removed old and installed new. then got new belts for grinder. after shut down wash line and big boss left took grinder all apart and ready for inspection in the morning Lumber Line: started up heater and vacuum after a few cycles the air cylinder quit working. boomer and ingo dissemble the cylinder then lubricated it with pneumatic oil put back together then fired up production. added all 26's to the round and 1 44s16' too. ran a few full length 16' 26s and one good looking 44s 16' injection 97.5% extrusion 2.5% 2 batches of blow made View gateio login Publish to MQTT
2024-10-31 Boomer 2561.0 got shaft and baring cleaned up and put back together on grinder. tested, no more noise on grinder. fired up wash planet and ran for few hours then shut down and worked on gear box. project. put on new pulley and got new belt put on. then filled up with gear oil. moved into wash line and wired tested. noise in gear box sounds good with gear oil in it. then clean up. and fired wash line back up. washed a total of 4,158lbs of wb Lumber Line: production all day. after heat zones were turned up this morning and while running 44s12" barrel operator heard a barrel squeal, then went away tell later in the after noon we raised frac to 3.0 and then squeal returned. zone was turned down and squeal went away. 3.5s rounds completed View Edit Publish to MQTT
